Personal data protection
If you are my customer, newsletter subscriber or website visitor, you are entrusting me with your personal data. I am responsible for their protection and security. Please familiarise yourself with the data protection, policies and rights you have in relation to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
Who is the data controller?
Jiří Jung, Višňovka 317, Postřižín 250 70, ID No. 86718584. I operate a website on the domains https://jirijung.cz and https://jirijung.com. I am therefore engaged in online business and I process your personal data as a controller, i.e. I determine how the personal data will be processed and for what purpose, for how long and I select any other processors who will assist me with the processing.

I declare
I declare that, as the controller of your personal data, I comply with all legal obligations required by applicable legislation, in particular the Data Protection Act and the GDPR, and therefore that:
I will only process your personal data on the basis of a valid legal ground, in particular a legitimate interest, the performance of a contract, a legal obligation or the consent given,
I comply with the information obligation under Article 13 of the GDPR before processing personal data,
enable and support you in exercising and fulfilling your rights under the Data Protection Act and the GDPR
Scope of personal data and purposes of processing
I process the personal data you entrust to me for the following reasons (to fulfil these purposes):
Marketing - sending newsletters and newsletters. I use your personal data (email and name), gender, what you click on in the email and when you open it most often for direct marketing purposes - sending you commercial communications. If you are a customer of mine, I do so out of legitimate interest, as I have a reasonable expectation that you are interested in my newsletters, for a period of 10 years from the last time you transacted business. If you are not a customer of mine, I only send you newsletters on the basis of your consent, for a period of 5 years from the date given. In either case, you can withdraw this consent by using the unsubscribe link in any email sent.
advanced marketing based on consent. Only on the basis of your consent, I may also send you inspiring offers from third parties or use your email address for e.g. remarketing and targeting advertising on Facebook, Instagram TikTok, etc. for a period of 5 years from the granting of consent. This can of course be revoked at any time via my contact details.
I retain your personal data for the duration of the limitation periods, unless the law provides for a longer retention period or I have indicated otherwise in specific cases.
Cookies
When you browse my website, I record your IP address, how long you stay on the page and which page you come from. I see the use of cookies to measure website traffic and to customize the display of the website as a legitimate interest of the administrator, as I believe that this allows me to offer you an even better service.
Cookies for advertising targeting will only be processed on the basis of your consent.
My website can also be browsed in a mode that does not allow the collection of personal data. You can disable the use of cookies on your computer.
Security and data protection
I protect personal data to the maximum extent possible using modern technologies that correspond to the state of the art. I protect it as if it were my own. I have adopted and maintain all possible (currently known) technical and organisational measures to prevent the misuse, damage or destruction of your personal data.
Transfer of personal data to third parties
No employees or associates of mine have access to your personal data.
For specific processing operations that I am not able to provide myself, I use the services and applications of processors who can protect the data even better than I can and who specialize in that processing.

It is possible that in the future I will decide to use other applications or processors to facilitate and improve the quality of processing. However, I promise you that in such a case, I will place at least the same demands on the processor for security and quality of processing as I do on myself.
Transfer of data outside the European Union
All processing of personal data will be carried out within the EU.
Your rights in relation to data protection
You have a number of rights in relation to data protection. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact me by email: info@jirijung.cz .
You have the right to information, which is already fulfilled by this information page with the personal data processing policy.
Thanks to the right of access, you can challenge me at any time and I will document within 14 days what personal data I process and why.
If something changes or you find your personal data outdated or incomplete, you have the right to have your personal data completed and amended.
You can exercise your right to restrict processing if you believe that I am processing your data inaccurately, if you believe that I am processing unlawfully but you do not want all of your data deleted, or if you have objected to the processing.
You can limit the scope of personal data or the purposes of processing. (For example, by unsubscribing from the newsletter you limit the purpose of processing for sending commercial communications.)
Right to portability
If you would like to take your personal data and transfer it to someone else, I will follow the same procedure as when you exercise your right of access - except that I will send you the information in machine-readable form.
Right to erasure (to be forgotten)
Your other right is the right to erasure (to be forgotten). I don't want to forget you, but you have the right to do so if you wish. In this case, I will delete all your personal data from my system and the system of all sub-processors and backups. I will need 30 days to secure the right to erasure.
In some cases I am bound by a legal obligation. For example, I have to keep copies of contracts entered into and tax documents issued for the period specified by law. In this case, I will therefore delete all such personal data that are not bound by another law. I will inform you of the completion of the deletion by e-mail.
Complaint to the Data Protection Authority
If you feel that I am not treating your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to contact the Data Protection Authority at any time with your complaint. I will be happy if you first inform me of this suspicion so that I can do something about it and rectify any wrongdoing.
Unsubscribing from newsletters and commercial communications
I send you emails with inspiration, articles or products and services if you are a customer of mine based on my legitimate interest. If you are not yet a customer, I only send them to you on the basis of your consent. In either case, you can stop receiving my emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in each email sent.
Silence
I assure you that I am obliged to maintain confidentiality of personal data and security measures, the disclosure of which would compromise the security of your personal data. This confidentiality shall continue even after the termination of the contractual relationship with me. Your personal data will not be released to any other third party without your consent.
This personal data processing policy applies from 25.5.2018.
